We want you to love your Tiger Mist pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
